Welcome to Brick Wishperer! I’m the owner and author, Taylor Whiteman.
The other day, I was cleaning out my attic and found all my Lego pieces in their bins, and couldn’t bear to get rid of them. So, I decided to do what anyone would do in my situation: make a website. Now, I have an excuse to hang onto all my Lego sets from my childhood, and share some awesome Lego content with the web!
I remember my first Lego set: LEGO Star Wars: Darth Vader’s TIE Fighter (8017). I remember being too excited to finish the set to start playing with it. Since then, I’ve collected dozens of Lego sets over the years. However, like most people who haven’t touched their Legos in a while, most of my sets are in pieces. I decided to use this site to document the process of putting my sets back together, estimating their current value, and putting them on display. This led to several interesting case studies, which I turned into helpful guides.
Brick Whisperer is one of my favorite sites I’ve created. It has allowed me to geek out about Legos and share what I’ve learned. I hope you enjoy the site as much as I have.
